Although it is essential that no fee is charged for requests, if the process requires an additional cost for Assos İlaç, a fee may be requested within the framework of the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

We would also like to remind you that Assos İlaç may request additional verifications to confirm the accuracy of your identity information in the applications made. In this context, the requested personal information is processed and used only for the purpose of identity verification and fulfilling legal obligations under the Law.

In your written application, the date your application is served to us as the data controller is the date of your application; for applications made via other methods, the date your application reaches us as the data controller will be accepted as the application date.

We kindly request that you attach any information and documents related to your request to your application.
